The most
important thing in our life is health. Even if you have lots of money or you
are smart, if you are not healthy, you can’t live. People are so busy these
days. Sleep and no stress make you healthier.
But people
don’t know the value of health until they lose it. What could we do to keep us
healthy?
I usually take
Vitamin C for my health every day. I read many research papers and articles
that said Vitamin C changes people’s lives to be energetic and healthier. It
makes me feel better after I take Vitamin C.
Also, we should
have a good and enough sleep. Most of the people don’t get enough sleep because
they have lots of work to do, are lazy, or suffer from insomnia. I usually don’t
get sleep much either because I usually think about stressful things before I
go to bed. And, it takes me two or three hours to get to sleep. But, after I
got enough sleep, I feel so much better during the day. It represents how much
sleep is good to our health.
Lastly, exercise
is so important. It makes the body much healthier. It could be difficult to run
for a long time, but you will feel great after running. I used to work out last
year, but I don’t have time these days because this is my junior year. But, I will
start working out next year again.
People should
realize that as long as you have your health, nothing else matters.
